I have used this company loads times if not for myself it's been for my family I never and wouldn’t call anyone else now always happy with work they do. They really do have a great team of people that know exactly what they are doing and always remain professional prices are always so cheap too. What I love most is I never feel pressured to made to feel guilty to get the work done or buy any products, they will let you know and tell you if it needs done right away and can’t wait.

Best prices and no call out charge. They let us remove sink ourselves that saved us a lot of money. They gave us loads wonderful advice on how to save cost and do it ourselves. Plunger was the second plumber I called. They were top on google search. customer services where understanding, I was so impressed how straight forward he was about the cost. . They unclogged the blocked drain and kept to quoted price. I know plumbers have a bad rep for trying to squeeze as much money as they can out of you, but plunger worked with the highest integrity and are very professional. They had so much patience with us and even took the time to show us what to do if our boiler drops pressure again. I would say to anyone to call plunger if they have any plumbing or boiler problems.

At 4am I woke up to water running down my walls from flat up above. I phoned plunger and they arrived within 25 mins I was timing this because they said they were very efficient. The plumber arrived he was so friendly and such a help in this bad situation. Within 30 minutes he had explained what he had to do and asked before he went ahead with any works was really impressed by the service he provided. He located the leak with his machine and fixed it.

I heard how cheap their fixed prices were off a friend who highly recommended them. I had a really bad leak coming from my kitchen tap scared the hell out me because I have heard a few bad stories about plumber’s who are trained more in sales than actual plumbing these days. They gave me a fixed price to fix the leak and they were out within 20 mins, fixed the tap. Great company very cheap on time and well-mannered.

I came home at 5 pm to find my bathroom flooded. I called a few plumbers, they all said they couldn’t come out. I had to keep trying luckily I came across this company who were more than happy to help me out!! They were out very quickly, I was panicking like crazy and they were on time. They were really affordable which was a bonus!! They cleared the drains and were away within an hour and they explained to me what they had to do to fix the leak. I will most definitely use them again.

We needed work done on an investment property. I called plunger to give them details and they sorted everything out with the property manager and tenant. They called to tell me also when they were going to do the work and called me again when work was completed. I can’t fault them and would recommend them to anyone.

Plumber was great, the window of time was great, as I was very busy today with other appointments. They fitted it in with my schedule and called half an hour before. And he arrived on time great communication and work.
